The inspiration for this cake came from my mom's love of m & m's and Pepsi. The chocolate cake was scrumptious. I melted a 100% pure cacao chocolate bar into the batter mix. The barrel of m & m's was constructed of cake and kit kat candy bars. Mr. m&m was a large oval shaped cake ball covered in butter cream. His legs, arms, eyes, lips and the can of pepsi were all contructed with fondant. It was a bit challenging but overall this cake came out pretty well and my mom was very pleased.
