This Dinosaur cake was quite the challenge! All Buttercream, complete with dinosaur eggs. The prehistoric grass is toasted coconut. My hands were aching after all this piping! But it was well worth it. Paul, my dear cousin Shannon's baby boy loved this Birthday Cake- maybe more than I love him!- Nah Impossible. This was truly a "Sugar High" cake. ~ Jenni~ xoxo
